What chocolate do you use?
Cadburys milk and dark compound. Weddings are made with milk unless dark specified or we can do a mix of both.

Can you make a placename to match my wedding colours?
Yes, if you indicate what design you like, in most cases we can colour the writing on placename wrappers or source a specific colour paper. The price will not change if we colour writing but may be different depending on paper used.

If you email us the photo or image and indicate what design style you like (from our placename samples)
we will make a sample wrapper and email the draft to you. Generally they are printed on gloss paper but in some cases the photo or graphic can look stunning on a white shimmer or quartz paper.Yes, nearly all our weddings have bride and groom details on the back as well as a general thank you message. For no extra cost we will print individual messages to specific guests and even secret messages from the bride and groom to each other
I like the idea of navy foil for my placenames but wonder what it will look like?

Can your placenames match my invitations and menus?
If you live in Christchurch, you can visit our showroom for us to look at the stationery. If out of Christchurch you can email a photo of the stationery (or mail us a copy) and we will look at how we can design a placename to compliment or match for free.

When do I need to order?
For placenames: As long as a design is finalised up to a few weeks before the wedding, the guest list is emailed to us around 2-3 weeks before and you can add/ change names up to the day before delivery or pick up. For foiled chocolates you can order up to a week before the wedding but it pays to book in as early as possible so we can ensure delivery date will be met.
I like the placename reference WB006 but we are not having guests seated at specific tables, can you print this with bride and groom details on?

We send overnight courier only and because they need to be signed for, we will send them to an address where someone will receive them next day ie work address or where someone can sign for you. The chocolates are packaged into strong card boxes with bubblewrap inside and outside the box. In summer we judge on a weekly basis if an ice pack is to be included. The icepack is sealed so it will not leak onto chocolates.

In summer, if wedding is in a venue where heat is an issue, we recommend you delegate or ask the venue manager

to put the chocolates out late morning or early afternoon so there is no issue with the weather making them soft.

Yes, if you let me know in an email what your colours are and if you want ideas, I will put the specific colours on our showroom wedding table and take photos and email them to you to show you how to use two colours to decorate your guests tables.

Do you supply the plastic stands that the placenames are displayed in, in gallery photos on your website?
For Christchurch brides we hire these at 0.30 each. If you are out of Christchurch, our gallery gives ideas of how to display the placenames including in front of an upright folded napkin.
